Our packaged drinking water is produced under strict, routine quality controls to ensure purity, safety, and consistent taste. At our Milan Nagar, Bagula plant, every batch undergoes scheduled in‑process and final checks to verify clarity, odor, and taste, along with regular sanitation of lines and sealed, tamper‑evident packaging to protect integrity until consumption.

We follow FSSAI guidelines for packaged drinking water, including periodic verification of key physico‑chemical parameters and microbiological safety. As part of this, we routinely check TDS, pH, and mineral content against applicable standards; we also screen for common contaminants and conduct microbial tests to confirm the absence of harmful organisms. Our process emphasizes hygienic handling, proper filtration and disinfection stages, and documented QC logs for traceability.

Mineral balance is monitored to align with FSSAI requirements—aiming for water that is safe, clean, and pleasant to drink—while batch sampling helps maintain consistency across all SKUs (Bipraj and Bislaim bottles and 20L jars). From plant to point of sale, trained personnel and authorized distributors follow handling SOPs to help preserve seal integrity and product quality.
